Stainless Steel Nitronic 50 is a high-performance austenitic stainless steel known for its superior strength and corrosion resistance, outperforming grades like 316. Also referred to as XM-19 or UNS S20910, this nitrogen-strengthened alloy offers nearly double the yield strength of conventional 316 steel.  Nitronic 50 round bars are highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in harsh marine, acidic, and chemical environments. Excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing media.
