A HASTELLOY C276 rod is a high-performance nickel-based alloy bar known for its exceptional resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. It is primarily composed of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, with additions of tungsten, and is used in harsh environments like chemical processing, oil production, and pulp manufacturing. Its properties include excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, along with good fabricability and weldability.

Composition: Nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with tungsten and low carbon content.
Corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, and various acids.
Strength: Offers high mechanical properties, such as a minimum yield strength of 355MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 790MPa.
Temperature resistance: Can operate at high temperatures up to approximately
